With the right intentions and mindset you can achieve greater things. A life coach helps you reach that point and helps you find your way. So it is worth it if you have that goal in mind.

Do you give advice?

A life coach like me will not give you advice. But our programs are structured in a way to help you reach the solutions yourself and figure out what works best for you.

This is a common query and to answer that there is a significant difference - if you need someone to listen to your problems and offer emotional resolutions, it is best to see a therapist. But if you need help setting goals and achieving them, a life coach like me can help you out.

What is the difference between brain training and brain therapy?

Brain Training:

Focus: Brain training targets healthy individuals looking to improve their cognitive skills. It is commonly used for personal development, professional growth, or educational enhancement.
Common Users: Students, professionals, athletes, and anyone wanting to sharpen their mental faculties for better performance.
Brain Therapy:

Goal: To treat or manage specific cognitive, emotional, or neurological issues.
Focus: Brain therapy addresses mental health problems, neurodevelopmental conditions, or the aftermath of brain injuries or illnesses (e.g., anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, stroke recovery).
Common Users: Individuals with mental health challenges, neurological disorders, or cognitive impairments due to trauma or illness.

What are the methods of brain training you use?

Any side-effects or negative effects?

All the methods, techniques and meditation musics are tested and certified. So there is only positive effect, we cant see any side effect till the date.

Which is the perfect age for brain training?

There is no perfect age or something to train your brain, but it is best to start from 1.5 years of age or we can say as early as possible.

Is there any refund policy?

Refund Policy for Any Online Course/Training Material Purchases from Train O Brain Application 0r Website:-
1. Eligibility for Refunds:
Refund requests must be made within three days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, you must not have accessed more than 20% of the course content or completed the course or not more than 3 days of payment
Refunds are not available if the course has been fully accessed, downloaded, or completed.
2. Refund Process:
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at infoandsupport@trainobrain.com with your order number and reason for the refund request.
Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
3. Non-Refundable Cases:
Courses purchased at a discount or during a sale may not be eligible for refunds.
Subscription-based courses or memberships are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
4. Course Access Issues:
If you experience technical difficulties accessing the course, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Refunds for technical issues will only be considered if we are unable to resolve the problem.
5. Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund after approval, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Exceptions:
Refunds may not be available for courses that include personalized feedback, one-on-one coaching, live sessions  or other services that have already been rendered.
Some courses may have specific refund terms, which will be outlined on the course purchase page.
7. Changes to the Refund Policy:
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.

Is it good to take the membership or to do course?

Both are good, but understand the difference. If you want to develop in a specific area then you need to do the course and if you want to stay active, alert, confident and healthy in your daily life then go for membership. If you go for a specific course and then go for the membership then it will be the best option (as per our suggestion). 

What to do if I didn't get the course access after payment?

After payment it will take minimum 48 hours (working days) to get the access. But if you are facing the same problem after 48 hours then please call customer support.
